Since 2026, MTÜ Eesti Metsloomauuringud has issued the Karusõbralik toode label. Its purpose is to inform consumers that measures to prevent bear damage were used in producing the product.
Measures to prevent bear damage are important for reducing conflicts between bears and people and supporting coexistence.
